Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your registers in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

Ship Items Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain custom finishes.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
